Step 2 - Review and Approval of Specifications:

We'll conduct a thorough analysis of your request.

Together with our manager and tech lead, we'll craft the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) to align our understanding of the project's key aspects.

Important! Review the SRS meticulously to confirm it meets all your criteria, as the development will be based on this document.

Approve or suggest modifications to the SRS.

Upon approval, we'll provide an estimate, including final costs and timelines.

Step 3 - Confirmation of Specifications and Payment:

Choose from our available payment options to settle your order.

Step 4 - Development and Testing Phase:

Following payment confirmation, we initiate the development, aiming to test and send a demo within 5 business days.

‍

Post-approval of the SRS and receipt of payment, changes to the price or SRS are not permissible.

Modifications to the completed tool may incur additional charges and require a new order.

‍

Step 5 - Verification and Approval:

Upon receipt, you have 10 business days to test and ensure the tool meets the agreed specifications.

We're committed to rectifying any issues to your satisfaction.

Step 6 - Final Confirmation:

Once the tool meets your expectations, confirm its acceptance to receive the source code/full version.

Terms for Product Fixes

Upon purchasing our tool, you receive a three-month post-development support period following the delivery of the source code, which includes complimentary debugging.

Conditions for Free Bug Fixes:

• If the tool does not meet the initially specified requirements.
• Errors attributable to our team.

Bug fixes will be addressed within 3-5 business days upon receiving your notification.

‍

Exceptions to Free Fixes:

• Approval of the specification without thorough review or understanding.
• Updates to the trading platform resulting in compatibility issues with the tool. We cannot predict future platform updates.
• Requests made more than six months after product development.
• Modifications requested that extend beyond the initially approved SRS.

Additional Notes:

• We do not cover free debugging for issues arising from third-party code. Such debugging is treated as an enhancement and will incur additional costs.
• Free fixes apply solely to bugs in our code.

Platform and Broker Differences:

• Discrepancies in tool performance across platforms (e.g., MT4 vs. cTrader) like differing prices or trade conditions are attributed to platform or broker specifics, not bugs.

If your situation meets any of the exception criteria yet requires fixes or enhancements, a new request can be submitted along with the applicable fees for tool modification.

Eligibility for Refunds

When Refunds Are Issued:

Should we fail to fulfill the agreed-upon specifications, a partial or full refund may be granted.

Situations Not Qualifying for Refunds:

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Receipt of the source code or complete version of the product (TradingView tools inherently include source code).
• The tool operates in alignment with the mutually agreed upon and finalized specifications.
• Issues arise from the tool's interaction with external add-ons, connectors, or other specialized tools not standard to the platform, or if such elements were omitted at the order stage.
• Payments made for additional adjustments to existing software.
• The tool or software was delivered over six months prior.
• The strategy implemented post-development proves unprofitable.
• Dissatisfaction with the final product without a specified technical justification.
• The duration of debugging/fixing is indefinite, dependent on client feedback; extended fix times do not warrant a refund.
• Modifications made independently to the tool that result in degraded performance do not qualify for refunds.

Clients are advised to extensively test their tool/software prior to live trading application.

Thus, any indicators, Expert Advisors, or software developed for you will neither:

• Become public.
• Be shared or resold to external parties.

No Decompilation Policy:

We strictly prohibit hacking, cloning, or bypassing demo protections of third-party tools. Additionally, we offer Licensing, Obfuscation, and DLL services to fortify your tools against unauthorized access.

Safeguarding Your Information:

TradingLab employs stringent security measures to protect your intellectual property and information:

• We utilize strong passwords for database security.
• Our systems are equipped with top-tier antivirus and intrusion prevention software.
• We are open to signing NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) to offer legal protection for both parties.
